What is the Apni Chai Signature Blend?
Apni Chai is a premium, ready-blended chai masala spice blend made from real spices. It is designed to be brewed with your choice of tea, milk and sweetener, so you can make traditional masala chai, iced chai lattes, chai bakes and more.
Is tea included?
No. Apni Chai is a standalone spice blend designed to be used with your preferred loose tea or tea base.
How many cups of a traditional masala chai does a 100g pouch make?
Approximately 40–45 cups, depending on preferred strength and preparation.
Is it vegetarian / vegan?
Yes - the blend itself only contains spices
How should I store it?
Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can Apni Chai be used in desserts and cocktails?
Yes. The blend is designed to move beyond the cup, making it suitable for desserts, seasonal specials, cocktails and bespoke chai-led creations.

Shipping and Returns
What are your processing times?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. For Hospitality orders, processing times are dependent on bespoke agreed timescales
Where do you deliver and what are your delivery timings?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Delivery (3–5 business days) at £2.99, free on orders over £50
Express Delivery (1–2 business days) at £4.99
Return Policy
Unopened, sealed products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please see returns policy for further information.
