At Apni Chai, we take great pride in the quality of our teas and chai blends. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Your Right to Cancel Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at hello@apnichai.com within 14 days of delivery.

Food & Sealed Goods — Important Exception Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any food or drink products where the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene and food safety reasons. This exception applies to all Apni Chai tea and chai blend products.

Eligible Returns Unopened, sealed products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
